Question: I want to know if cooking sprays like PAM, etc. are allowed for muslims to use and also if there is any brand of Parmesan cheese that muslims can consume?

Answer: Pam cooking spray has alcohol and is not permissible to use. However, there are non alcohol brands on the market such as Crisco. All the Parmesan cheese we see on the market are halaal.
