Question: What is the ruling over men seeking and stating in their hi5.com and myspace.com accounts that they are interested in meeting "pious and friendly people, ESPECIALLY WOMEN" if they're already married?

Answer: This is very strange and it will be impermissible for any woman/girl to link up with such people.
