Permissibility of the drink "L&B" from Angostura

Question: The product L&B drink from Angostura is written non alcoholic, but isn't Angostura an alcoholic product? So is this drink Halaal or not?

Answer: The L&B drink from Angostura contains a percentage of alcohol and is not halal.
